Australian batter Travis Head and his wife Jessica Davies recently welcomed their second child, a baby boy named Harrison George Head.
Jessica shared the joyful news on Instagram, posting adorable photos of the newborn, including a touching image of their two-year-old daughter, Mila Paige, holding her new baby brother.
The couple, who became parents to Mila in September 2022, got engaged in March 2021 and married on April 15, 2023, in an intimate Adelaide ceremony.
In the Instagram post, they captioned, “Welcome to the world, Harrison George Head,” alongside heartwarming family photos.
Head took a brief break from Australia’s cricket schedule, missing the ongoing ODI series against Pakistan to be with his family. However, he’s set to return for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, starting November 22 in Perth.
While Head has excelled in white-ball cricket this year, his Test form has been below his potential, with an average of 24.75 in recent innings.
Despite this, his record against India is strong, with 715 runs at an average of 42.05 in 18 innings, including a memorable 163 in the World Test Championship final last year at The Oval.
