Australia all-rounder Annabel Sutherland’s standout performances in the ICC Women’s Championship series against New Zealand have catapulted her to career-best positions in the ICC Women’s ODI Player Rankings. The 23-year-old was named Player of the Match in the second and third ODIs, which Australia won after the first match was abandoned without a ball being bowled. Sutherland’s impressive knocks of 105 not out and 42 have propelled her up 11 spots to 18th in the batting rankings. Her bowling exploits, including figures of 3 for 39 in the third ODI, have lifted her three places to 17th in the bowling rankings. Additionally, she climbed from ninth to seventh in the all-rounders’ rankings after being named Player of the Series.
